
TEMPO is the vision of three working partners, all veterans of Manhattan’s
most celebrated restaurants and who personally control all aspects
of the dining experience. While chef/proprietor Michael Fiore orchestrates
the creations coming from his kitchen, partners Michael Elliott
and Robert Amato oversee all aspects of dining room service, additionally
providing wine assistance to all who so desire. This rare level
of owner participation is evident in the enhanced level of attention
and professionalism our guests experience while dining with us.
Delight in seeing your roasted whole fish skillfully filleted before
you, or a thick-cut ribeye steak for two sliced and presented with
style and grace. Dinner at Tempo strives to recapture the warmth
